Christmas Week

Christmas week is a blur to me now, a week later.
We tried to do almost everything as a family, running errands, playing, and relaxing. Abe came over to fix our computer, we visited with friends, and cooked and cleaned together. Oh yeah, my friend Holly played with Aminah, so Chris and I could go to a movie. We went to see Up in the Air, which my aunt recommended. It was cold getting there, but the movie was great, and well worth heading out in the cold. We also got ready to visit our friends in the mountains for New Year's. Everyday I tried to do thank you cards, and everyday other things prioritized themselves first. This week, we are doing them. Last week, we were all too excited to have Chris home, and wanting to do special things with him.
