New Year, New Blog!

I have been wanting a way to stay in touch with extended family and friends, with more of our day to day lives, and it dawned on me that I could start a blog and invite our family and friends to have a place to read about us, and communicate with us, even if it is somewhat public. I had decided, however, to make it an invite-only blog, so only people I know are reading about our lives, though it is more public than personal email or letter writing! So here we go!
